Who We Are

RQC Management Sdn. Bhd. (893389-U) was established in 2002 to provide consultancy, industrial training and development for youth, industrial workers and companies throughout Malaysia.

We specialise in competency-based training aligned with Malaysia's national development agenda. Our programs span Six Sigma & Lean, Safety & Health, Computer & IT, Manufacturing & Quality, Corporate Management and Supply Chain.

Our training centre is located at Kota Kemuning Business Centre, Shah Alam, with three training rooms, two computer labs, meeting facilities and easy access from major expressways.

With over two decades of experience in training delivery and industrial consultancy, Saravannan Kasinathan leads RQC Management's operations and strategic direction. He brings deep expertise in Six Sigma, Safety & Health, and competency-based workforce development for Malaysia's industrial sector.

Company History

From a focused training consultancy to a multi-discipline training centre, here are the milestones that define RQC Management.

2002

Established

RQC Management Sdn. Bhd. (893389-U) was founded to provide competency-based industrial training and consultancy services to Malaysian companies.

2005

HRDC Registration

Registered as an approved training provider with HRDC (now HRD Corp), enabling all programs to be fully claimable by levy-registered employers.

2010

Corporate Training Expansion

Expanded training portfolio to include corporate management, leadership, supervisory skills and supply chain programs to meet growing client demand.

2015

New Training Centre

Relocated to purpose-built training facilities at Kota Kemuning with three training rooms, two computer labs and dedicated meeting spaces.

2023

CIDB Certification

Achieved CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) certification, expanding our capability to serve Malaysia's construction and built environment sector.
